IreAtlas Townlands Database offline

The IreAtlas Townlands Database (Seanruad) at seems to have disappeared offline, having previously moved to its current address in the middle of last year. The database is a helpful tool to locate a townland anywhere in Ireland - hopefully the disappearance is temporary.

In the meantime, for Northern Ireland you can find useful townland locations via a series of maps through PRONI at
